It is easy to register for our self-paced, BPKOT Mini-Course. It is comprised of ten modules that you can complete at your own pace. We estimate it will take you less than 60 minutes to complete each module – including viewing the instructional video, completing the associated activity, and reviewing the resources for each topic.

The BPKOT Mini-Course is FREE. We are trying to learn more about you and your experiences, so we do ask that you complete the pre and post survey that go along with the course.
